The size ordered was L . I want to return it and get a 3XL which might fit . The size received might fit a big child not an adult . How do I return or get a refund ? Quality seems okay but had to wait weeks for something that is grossly undersized !

I received my product packaged like a 10-year old was given a roll of tape. It took me quite awhile to cut through the tape as I was concerned I would damage my brace. Upon completely exposing the brace, I was disappointed there were no instructions. Again, it appears the department in charge of shipping are all 4th graders. I had to research online, mostly through pictures, how the straps are to be placed. not impressed
No one has the professional curiosity to reply to emails sent on how to return their product and receive a full refund as stated in their advertisement. I ordered to different sizes and neither fit correctly. I have been emailing support for a month now with no response. I’m afraid that once they do response they’re going to tell that the warranty time expired and they won’t be issuing me a refund.
